Residential Service
Our Home can accommodate 126 residents across 3 levels. All residential rooms have an attached toilet for ease of use. The rooms come in 4, 6 and 8-bedded layouts. In addition, as part of the Home’s commitment to providing holistic care to its residents, the Home is equipped with and not limited to the following facilities:
- Dining Hall
- Herbs and Spice Garden
- Koi Pond
- Multi-Purpose Hall
- Sensory Room
We take care of our residents’ needs for basic safety, food and shelter, as well as ensuring that they are kept healthy so they can enjoy a sense of wellness and benefit from the daily programs/ activities that we planned for them.
Meals
Three main meals are provided daily, at 8.30 am, 12 pm and 5 pm, while Tea Breaks are being served at 2.30 pm.
Although our food is non-halal, to respect the religious beliefs of our residents’, hala meals are bought from halal certified vendors for all our Muslim residents. Special diets would be catered where necessary for medical reasons.
Families
Families are expected to assist in escorting our residents to medical appointments and other official matters.
Families are also encouraged to continue to provide our residents with their favourite food regularly, bring them back for home leaves and/ or visit them at the Home frequently.
Visitation
Visiting hours are from 9 am to 5.30 pm (last entry at 5 pm), via appointment only and pending availability. All visitors must sign in to the Visitor Log before and after their visit. Residents’ dormitories and staff quarters are out of bounds to all visitors unless accompanied by staff with approval. Visitors are expected to give full cooperation to staff in providing quality care to residents.
Tokens (monetary or in-kind) to individual staff are prohibited.
